Suspicious transfers, malicious pair injection, non-whitelisted router flow, failed graduation, refund failures, RPC divergence, and repeated reverted transactions should be escalated with token address, transaction hash, wallet, route, and timestamp.

Operations guardrail

Production checks include backup RPC, /api/health, cached market APIs, error request IDs, predeploy checks, mainnet smoke reports, route whitelist review, 33333 vanity prediction, allowance validation, refund review, and liquidity rollback validation.
